3.34% for a 15 year fixed conventional rate Annual Percentage Rate 3.625%

4.09% for a 30 year fixed conventional rate Annual Percentage Rate 4.559%

3.85% for a 30 year fixed FHA loan Annual Percentage Rate 4.396%
